Greetings! With 19 years of residency in the Cincinnati area, my journey has been a rewarding one in the area of sales and sales management, with a spotlight on business application software, predominantly within the healthcare field. Part of that journey has allowed me to collaborate within operating rooms, engaging with esteemed doctors and dedicated nurses to introduce medical devices aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.

Stepping into the world of Sterling Nursing Service, I've been privileged to fuse my experience into working with where our exceptional nurses who weave together the fabric of improving the quality of the lives of our cherished patients. Witnessing the transformational power of remarkable patient care, it warms my heart to hear how families and loved ones consistently express the profound peace of mind that our service gives them.

As President and Founder of Sterling Nursing Service LLC, I am committed to providing the best in-home nursing care by matching truly customized care plans and personalized caregivers to meet the client’s needs in their current lifestyle. I have over 40 years of registered nursing experience. My passion for serving people began at an early age when I cared for a friend’s mother in my teenage years.
I also watched and cared for 4 aging grandparents in my life, which was a true joy. My background in medical-surgical, intensive care, and cardiac care nursing reinforced my desire to see people through their most difficult days. I began my career in private/in-home nursing care in 1998.

I started Sterling Nursing Service in order to blend my passion and profession and help people maximize their lifestyles regardless of small or large health obstacles. Finding a safe, in home care situation for a family is key. It’s of utmost importance for the client’s family to have peace of mind that their loved one has the best care possible while they carry on their lives and work obligations. For those who need care, staying in your own home is safe, comforting, and preferred by most. Maintaining friendships and social lifestyles brighten their lives and keep them happy and functioning at the highest level possible.
After personally caring for my grandmother during her last year of life and caring for my parents in my home for years and to this day, I see the positive impact in their quality of life and the gift it has been for all of us. I love being able to help other families be blessed with the same experience.
My goal is to continue to make Sterling Nursing Service “A Silver Lining in the Golden Years”.
